Delete in the app
- Open Profile and go to Settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm your email with the one-time code.
- Confirm permanent deletion.
If you cannot sign in
Email privacy@tamispace.com from the address connected to the account. We may request secure proof of account ownership but will never ask for your password or full card number.
What is deleted
- Profile and settings.
- Family profiles and uploaded documents.
- Diary, trackers and personal onboarding answers.
- Private messages and other data not legally required to be retained.
Limited retention
Minimum payment, refund, security and dispute records may be retained for legally required periods. Public discussion content may be de-identified where permitted and necessary for thread integrity.
Subscription reminder
Deleting your account may not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Disable renewal in the relevant store before deletion.
