1. Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms govern use of TamiSpace operated by TAMISPACE LIMITED, Company No. 17435784, at Office 1930, 60 Tottenham Court Road, London, W1T 2EW, United Kingdom. Creating an account or continuing after the Terms are shown means you accept them. Independent accounts are for users aged 18 or older.
2. Invitations and account security
Registration may require a valid invitation code. Invitations may not be sold and may be revoked for abuse. You are responsible for access to your email, devices and one-time codes.
3. Service features
- Closed community spaces and events.
- Diary, trackers, personalized routes and knowledge content.
- The informational Tami AI assistant.
- Search, booking and communication with specialists.
- Paid Premium features and digital materials.
4. Medical and emergency notice
TamiSpace does not diagnose, prescribe treatment or replace professional or emergency care. AI output and community content may be inaccurate. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
5. Specialists
Unless expressly stated otherwise, specialists provide their services independently. Their qualification, format, price and cancellation terms must be shown before a booking is confirmed.
6. User content and conduct
You retain ownership of your content and grant TamiSpace only the limited rights needed to store, process and display it to your selected audience. Do not share another person’s health records, contact details or images without authority.
7. Subscriptions and payments
The plan, currency, trial, renewal date and price are shown before purchase. App purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Subscriptions renew automatically only after explicit confirmation and may be cancelled through the relevant store.
8. Prohibited use and moderation
- Harassment, threats, discrimination and exploitation.
- Dangerous medical misinformation or presenting an opinion as a diagnosis.
- Selling invitations, spam, fraud or unauthorized advertising.
- Unauthorized access, scraping, malware or attempts to bypass security.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict content or suspend an account to protect users, comply with law or investigate a violation. Where appropriate, we provide notice and a way to appeal. You may delete your account at any time.
10. Liability and governing law
The service is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability and accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights. Applicable law is determined with regard to the operator’s place of registration and the consumer’s mandatory local rights.
